For Portugal and Spain all orders are sent via BATCH.
All of the other orders are sent via FedEx. To follow your order or to find the contact details for FedEx in your country please click here and choose your location.
To guarantee the arrival of your order, please don't forget to add your mobile phone number at the checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES
We always aim to ship your order the next business day.
Portugal: 1-2 business days (Batch)
Spain: 2-4 business days (Batch)
Rest of Europe & U.K.: 2-4 business days (via FedEx)
United States: 3-5 business days (via FedEx)
Australia: 4-7 business days (via FedEx)
Asia: 4-7 business days (via FedEx)
Rest of the world: 5-8 business days (via FedEx)

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
International orders will be shipped DAP (Delivery At Place), and thus custom duties and taxes can incur on the orders shipped outside the EU.
These costs are determined by the local customs authority of the delivery country and must be covered by the customer in order to release the shipment from customs.
When shipping outside the EU, all orders are sent tax free and House of Curated is not responsible and won't support any custom duties and/or local VAT taxes that may be incurred by the delivery country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to customs laws we can only accept returns and exchanges within the European Union, we apologize for that.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@houseofcurated.com within 15 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.
The client is responsible for shipping the return items using an authorized delivery company.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Upon receiving the unused and undamaged return, we will refund you using the original payment method.
For hygiene reason we can't accept returns or exchange of any intimate products, like underwear, swimwear and socks.
Please note that the shipping cost of your order is non-refundable.
Returns are only accepted for full price items.
